Walkthrough of 2025 Renegade Verona 40VTS

My name is Adrian "AC" Chavarria and I am an RV Sales Professional with Transwest Truck Trailer RV.  I have had the pleasure of working with Transwest for about 8 years now and look forward to many more. 

When I started with Transwest I didn't have any sales experience because I spent my previous 20 years working with at-risk children and families in New Mexico.  I still remember my initial interview with Transwest during which the GM asked me "How will you handle the pressure of commission sales?"  I replied by saying "That isn't pressure. Talking someone out of hurting themselves is pressure, this should be easy." Looking back over the past 8 years, I can honestly say it hasn't been as easy as I thought it would be. However, I have been quite successful because I've stuck to the same principals I used when working with children and families.  I believe in being patient, honest, fair, and having good communication. I tell customers everything I know about the coach they are buying so that they have all the information necessary to make a sound decision.

One of my proudest sales accomplishments was selling to a guy who I worked with for almost 3 years before buying. I am obviously not a high-pressure salesman and never will be because I understand that buying an RV is a big decision.  I believe in doing all I can to help my customers before and after their purchase.  It's the least I can do for someone who has put their trust in me.  I can't control what the coach does after it leaves here but I can control how I respond. 

I always have my cell phone with me and if I can't answer when a call comes in, I do my best to return it within the hour.
