The lavish standard interior features stained wood cabinetry with concealed hinges in diamond gloss or suede finish, soft-close cabinet doors and drawers, coordinated full-grain Italian leather furniture, super-polished quartz or granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, pantry, cedar-lined wardrobe, and optional built-in Wolf® coffee maker. Additional options include oak or maple hardwood cabinets, extended and optional dinette/living configurations, walk-in pantry, additional storage, powered theater seating, and a fireplace in the bedroom.

The King Aire’s exterior features Newmar’s exclusive Full-Paint Masterpiece Finish™ available in ten striking color schemes. Standard features include automatic articulating steps and assist handle at the dual-latched entrance door, hydraulic leveling jacks, mud flaps and included power washer with 50-foot hose, push button baggage door release with self-latching and soft close doors, and keyless entry with touch pad and door bell.
High-End Appliances

Included appliances in the Newmar King Aire include a Wolf® induction cooktop, Viking® convection microwave, Fisher Paykel® wood-paneled dishwasher, and a Viking® 22 cubic foot refrigerator in the kitchen. A Whirlpool® stacked washer/dryer kit makes doing laundry on the road a breeze, and a central vacuum set ensures no dirt is tracked through your palace on the road.
Highest-Quality Materials

The richness of the Newmar King Aire begins with its construction. Assembled on the Spartan® K3 with tag axle chassis, the King Aire boasts a fiberglass roof and integrated gutter rail as well as gel coated fiberglass exterior sidewalls and front and rear caps. The sidewalls and ceiling include ⅝” thick foam laminated insulation for superior protection against the elements and noise.
Featured Entertainment

Passengers aboard the Newmar King Aire can enjoy television on one of three interior 8k QLEDs TVs or the exterior one stored in the sidewall. All King Aires are equipped with Bose® subwoofer and sound touch in the living room as well as bedroom speakers. Internet connection via satellite or antenna setups make it easy to stream your favorite movies and television shows or keep in touch with loved ones when you’re on the go.
Security Features

Your Newmar King Aire comes with a doorbell/camera system at the entrance door that can be connected to a remote app for monitoring. This remote internet camera access also supports live video streaming, so you can keep an eye on your coach when you’re away or see who is knocking on the door at any time. Use the bedroom wardrobe safe to store your most precious valuables while you enjoy time outside. An optional security feature add-on can provide additional assurance that you and your possessions remain safe aboard your Newmar King Aire.
