Transwest and the Fountain Fire Department
Transwest RV of Fountain made headlines this month when the Fountain Fire Chief Darin Anstine and Fountain Police Chief Chris Heberer found their way to Tony Martinez, at Transwest Truck Trailer RV of Fountain dealership.
As the story goes, initially the Fountain officials didn’t even know that Transwest had an RV dealership just south of Colorado Springs. They had been to a couple of different dealerships who couldn’t meet their needs before they stopped in and spoke with Tony.
Transwest RV of Colorado was the solution. The team chose to purchase a used 2017 Winnebago Vista LX 31′ Class A RV which will be used to support all large operations within the City of Fountain. Over the next few weeks, the unit will be converted into a critical incident response vehicle. Transwest has done a number of upfits for municipal, state, and government organizations over the years, through Summit Bodyworks.
