Review of Transwest RV

Reviews are the bread and butter of any organization, and at Transwest we appreciate them when they come from our local private customers as much as we do when they come from corporations like Snyder Manufacturing Corporation directly to Newmar Corporation headquarters.

The letter reads,

“Dear Mr. Miller,

Just wanted to let you know that we traded our 2013 King Aire in for a 2017 King Aire at Transwest Truck & RV in Frederick, Colorado.

We really like our new King Aire and some of the features you have modified or installed since our ’13 model. But, what is really worthy of comment is the level of service we received from the folks at Transwest! From Steve Kovac in sales to Bobbie Jackson in Finance to Bill Haberkorn in technical service, these guys are a high-performance team & extremely responsive!

This is the fourth new motorhome we have purchased since 2002 and I have to say that the “behind the scenes” team at Transwest far and away did the best prep job we have EVER experienced. All in all, the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a motor home.

I like to recognize excellence when I experience it and felt you should know that you have a dealer team worthy of recognition in Transwest Frederick Colorado!
